This one talks about the rapid progression in MS when men drop their testosterone levels and how the MS could actually be a part of that drop (that's a very potent negative feedback loop that would be broken by giving testosterone)  Dysregulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis and multiple sclerosis.
